Some people stay away from having any scents in their soaps because they've experienced difficulties with many manmade scents. Anytime they hear the word "scent", they assume it's bad. I've seen many people at craft fairs back away as soon as they hear the word, and they're afraid to even smell the scented soap, let alone, give them a try.
It's the same with people who find their skin breaks out from various soaps. They don't want to try anything other than the basic, with good reason!
However, because our scents are natural (there is one exception: the oatmeal, milk and honey fragrance in Great Goat Soap), I don't think they will break out or react in any way to our scented soaps. I would actually like it if some of you with sensitive skin would try some of these soaps and let me know what you find, whether good or bad. But so far, I haven't found even one person who's reacted badly to any of our soaps.
Having said that, you know what they say about essential oils: "Follow your nose!" If you love the scent, it's something good for you. If you don't - it won't hurt you, it's just not something you need. With essential oils, you're going to have your favourites, and they'll be different than someone else's favourites - and that's ok.
