When my youngest daughter was sick with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, she found herself over-sensitive to almost everything.

I remember shopping with her for soap and shampoo and reading all the ingredients. What a list! My daughter needed a very basic soap or she would feel an itchy, crawling sensation all over – do any of you relate to that?

If you want unscented soap, you have choices. You can get Soft and Gentle, Latherific or Natural Goat Soap. Or get them all!

My own personal favourite is the Natural Goat Soap. The goat milk provides Vitamin A, alpha-hydroxy acids and minerals that help to bring healing to damaged skin.

Soft and Gentle has coconut, olive and palm oils – and people with sensitive skin love it. They all say the same thing – “It doesn’t irritate my skin!”

Along with the coconut, olive and palm oils, the Latherific soap has castor oil which moisturizes, softens and soothes. It reduces wrinkles by stimulating production of collagen.  And it has a really great lather!

Actually, they’re all wonderful, if I can say so myself :)

Try one, try them all! Enjoy!
