Soap Saver - White Pine
These handmade soap savers have drainage holes that let the water drain away, keeping your soap high and dry so that the soap lasts a long time.
White pine is a durable wood that stands up to water and doesn't stain. (White pine is used for things like fences, barns and ships, so you know water isn't going to hurt it).
White pine is also a fast growing tree - in fact it reproduces so quickly that the International Union for Conservation of Nature has put the Eastern Pine Tree into its very lowest conservation category of Least Concern!I
For maintenance, take a little brush and clean out the slats, and it wouldn't hurt to give it a quick coat with a coat of oil such as mineral or olive oil every few months or so.
I love using mine, it's always on my bathroom sink. I know that others keep theirs in the shower.
Biodegradable - (hey, it's wood!) and plastic free.
